How can I get free lawyers in California to dispute a grade change in College in Court?

Hi the teacher online drugs without a prescription says she won’t do a grade change because I attended class one time after I was hospitalized. But the thing is, I had schizophrenia during that time and bipolar disorder so shouldn’t she remove the grade or change it since I had a severe disabiling mental illness? Please help I want to fight this decision in court but I have very low income.
