The man crossed an intersection killing three or four people who were driving in a van. The man was way over the legal limit and had multiple prior drunk driving convictions. He hired the right attorney with no morals and got off because the street lines on the road had not been repainted within the amount of years the law states and claimed that if the lines had been more visible he would buy prescription drugs online without a prescription not have killed those people. I need the actual name of the defendant or the court case because I only know the “vs. California” part. Anyone? Please!

glad I don’t live in Cali
Sorry, no such case.
I’ve heard of the case before, of course – the story has been floating around for years – but it’s a pure fabrication. Never happened.
Richard
Richard is correct, this is a complete fiction. One clue is the “vs. California part.” That is not how criminal cases are titled in California.
