Hello,
Before signing a commercial lease in the City of Chicago, is it required that it be reviewed and signed by an attorney. I know that it’s important to have a lawyer review it, but is it an actual law or requirement that a commercial lease be reviewed by an attorney? Thank you for your time.

Seems unlikely that there would be a law requiring attorney review.
