Ha vent you ever watched a movie or TV show that had one in it? Like Law and Order?
Okay as you enter there are rows of benches for observers they have their backs to the entrance Then there is a small barrier wall with a gate for Lawyers and criminal to enter. Then there are 2 tables one for one for prosecution the other for defense. Then there is a large elevated desk which the presiding judge(s) sits at. He is facing the audience prosecutors, and defendant. (opposite everyone else) NOTE: for some reason no matter how much spacing I put in my crude illustation it will not place Pro. on right side of gate where they should be. and the isle between is about the same width as the gate. The stenographer usually sits on the prosecution side beyondpast their table.
