Btw, it is not exactly a “wrongful termination” i was forced to worked clock off, given no lunch break during long hours. I reported it to district manager, later i was terminated.
they just thought i am troubled,and afraid about i would tell other employees to do the same thing.

How long after court would i start community service? My court date is in may but i am planning on going to florida in the beginning of june and am not sure if community service would interfere with this. Do i get to decide which days to do the community service or does the court?
